Definitely recommend Norwegian Bliss. We used the $9.95 phone and texting package while we were on the ship to keep in touch with family. Wish the phone would notify you when a text came in. You can use this service without using any of your 300 wifi minutes. Service goes through the ships wifi.

We did the US Heritage tour. We learned more about the locks. Our family took the train tour. They were disappointed they thought they would see animals. They saw 1 sloth.

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala

Toured the Coffee Plantation. Interesting. Cobblestone path to walk on labeled as moderate difficulty. Our 80 year Mom who doesn't walk long distance was able to do this tour. She was tired at the end.

Acapulco, Mexico

Recovering from hurricane. Our tour to see the Cliff divers by boat was great. The Cliff divers swam out to the boat and took pictures with us for tips. The shore line had boats pulled up from the hurricane. The people were all so happy to have us come into port.

Manzanillo, Mexico

We didn't take a tour. This is more of a natural city. Not as touristy. They did have shopping available right down the walkway from the ship.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did a Yelapa Falls Tour through Trip Advisor. Excellent tour. Cruise port gave as a golf cart ride .6 miles to our meeting point for transportation, that we had to coordinate on our own. Waterfall was great...walking path would be difficult for people with disabilities.

Mazatlan, Mexico

5 out of 5
We went on a city tour that we booked through a local tour guide for $25/person. Excellent. We saw cliff diver, cathedral, shopping area, saw many beautiful sites from different Lookout points. Went to the golden zone for shopping, had margaritas at the Golden Zone, one if the stores. We had a shot of tequila from our tour operator. He let us determine how long we wanted to be at each stop. Part of our group went deep sea fishing on a private tour. Seas were high, so they ended up bottom fishing. They caught trigger fish. Were hoping for Marlin or sailfish.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
Whale watching excursion was the highlight of our tour. Lots of whales and some breached for us to see. We saw lots of whale tales. We saw a pod of dolphins and some sea lions also. We had time to walk around the pier for shopping, snacks, drinks.

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California Did not visit port

Transportation to the airport was smooth.
