The homeless-camp situation in the Observation Lounge really needs to be addressed. Especially since so many folks bring their buffet plates down there and camp out for HOURS or literally all day.

I can argue that my experience on the Bliss was very, very different only because we sailed at a significantly reduced capacity of 33% last January. There was no waiting in any dining rooms or venues. While I did reserve online, they didn't needed as a restaurant for mostly empty. Only two shows needed reservations - Jersey Boys and the burlesque show, which I missed by mistake ☹ The bartenders would even let us order drinks outside of our package, and even serve drinks on the pool deck. We even got to two extra free plays at laser tag. So your experience only proves why I'll never sell on a mega ship at full capacity. Sorry you had a bad experience.

The Bliss is the least of my favorite NCL ships. Consistently bad service, terrible bar tenders who never smiled, and horrible food. Thank God for soup because that’s all I ate all week. Observation lounge area for Alaska was a joke because they allowed people to “camp out” so that no one else could see. Most ignorant crowd I ever sailed with was on this adventure.
