We’re planning the next cruise already, and will certainly be doing a lot more diving. It was great!

I would book this one again! The Mexican Riviera is a wonderful place to visit.

It was another great HA cruise and we got to remove an item from our bucket list. The ship was great as were all of the crew that we met. We have another cruise set up with them scheduled for early next summer. The pace of ship board life is a bit slower on Holland America cruises and as seniors, that is what we like.

We visited Half Moon Cay, Jamaica, Grand Cayman (liked it the best) and Cozumel.

Did twice in 3 months so guess that says it all. Love HAL and their cruises.

Great in every way! My family and I enjoyed every aspect of this cruise. It was a last minute booking. HAL made everything work flawlessly. The entire ship was clean, every nook and cranny. The food was top notch! We ate lamb, lobster, filet, amazing Italian, and the buffet was perfect! The pools were fairly warm. There were always chairs available. The drinks were good, and a bartender was also consistently available. Tendering was easy and quick. The rooms were cleaned 3 times a day! I wish I could live aboard the Neuiw Amsterdam! We will sail with them again.

Classic Holland America cruise. Well appointed cabin, super friendly crew, great food and drink, entertainment wonderful. Restful, relaxing 7 day cruise to the Caribbean. Have always sailed with Holland America and will continue to do so in the future.

The cruise was amazing.Mostly older crowd (60 plus). Don’t go with children, nothing for Them to do. The food was the best I have ever had on a cruise and the service was outstanding. I would definitely book another cruise on Holland America

Relaxing. Inexpensive for a week sailing with a balcony.

Great ship and people. Could use some more activities at night time for the non-seniors that are onboard. Only 1 comedian for the week and he was just ok.

Best itinerary (Half Moon Cay, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel) and service! The ship was very clean and nicely updated decor. The crew is soooo nice and everything was just perfect (and this is coming from a 15 year old kid).

Absolutely love this ship, beautifully decorated! Very nice crew, needs a 21 and older sun deck way to many kids in pool area. I’m not stating no kids but it would be nice to have a space w/out kids 🤷‍♀️my opinion please don’t judge.

Loved my experience, just meant for an older crowd. Food was great in main dining, but often a little cold in Lido buffet. Entertainment was good but geared more toward 50+ age group.

This was our first cruise and I wished I would’ve went with a more luxurious ship with better food and entertainment. The average age on this ship is 70. The ports of call weren’t what I expected.

Just got off the Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam on Sunday. Ship is beautiful and easy to get around. Entertainment was fantastic especially the B.B.King band! Food was not as good as we expected but still very good especially on the Lido. Salad station was great. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely sail on her again.

Absolutely incredible. We did a back to back and wouldn't change anything. The service and food was a very high standard. Our cabin was wonderful. Great amenities. The ship was stunning with fresh flowers all around. Entertainment was great and just what we like. I found things to do in the day and the evening in BB's was great. Incredible food. We went a few times to the Asian restaurant because it was so good. Even the dive in burger place was good, I still miss the dive in sauce and fries! Fresh pizza to take away so you can have a movie and pizza night in your cabin after a long day in port. The spa was worth every penny and we used it every day. A lovely afternoon nap on the heated loungers after a dip in the thermal pool refreshed us ready for the evening. HAL is a hard one to beat!

The trip was enjoyable.Different from the staff of Eurodam,Some of the staff of this ship seemed to be more stressed ,they probably overwhelmed and it showed.
