Review summary

Holland America handled our land tour portion Horrible, unprofessional in simple words ruined it and beginning of ship was bad too with the stinky room but afterwards they made it up for ONLY cruise part of our trip and we still haven't received the refund for our land portion upon calling Holland and involving United cruise agent still no refund, it feels like Holland America STOLE our money. Booking no. 2H3N9N

We were on 10th floor and only get to our with one side of the elevator and trust me it took us every day a lot of time to figure it out some days we went to the wrong side

Sorry your cruise did not meet your expectations. We have no control over refunds. You have to work with Holland America for that.

In my opinion just because you do not enjoy an excursion does not mean you deserve a refund . On our ride to the summit we were unable to go all the way up because an RV caught fire . I never thought to request a refund nor would I .
