Review summary

We had an amazing time, would stay on the ship forever if we could. We were caught in a storm so didn’t go to Genoa and went to Alicante. Not a massive fan of that port but it was better to miss the storm and go to this port. I would highly recommend this cruise to everyone!

Embarkation

From the time we left the car to getting on the ship was 15 minutes

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We ate in the main dining room every night, the food was amazing and the staff really did cater for us well! We were never short of a drink at our table!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We went to the gym and chilled by the pool, could have been more poolside activities but that’s just being picky!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Amazing performances we had the barricade boys on the ship and they were amazing, not a massive fan of the singers and dancers but that’s just my opinion and everyone else enjoyed them.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff were really friendly, guest service staff not so much. The two stand out amazon staff were Aida the room atendant and Jackson from boleros.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It’s not amazing but for the age of the ship she’s in good shape. It’s only small things that aren’t the best like fraying carpet etc... she’s due a refurbishment in January so she will be looking her best again.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Decent size. Small sofa in the room too. The room was always spotless. And the bed was so comfy, I never struggled to sleep!

Ship tip

Deck 14 is a lovely bar for a drink but opens late so take one up in the day from the pool!
