Review summary
I was very disappointed for my family members who had never cruised before, after all my hype I felt that I had misled them as what to expect. This ship is in serious need of updating and Royal Caribbean need to look at their staffing levels. I I am far from a moaner and I do appreciate that everyone has different expectations but I felt so sorry for staff trying so hard to please everyone and 'general joe public' treating them like dirt. Shame on people for having no respect for 'fellow workers' and a huge shame on RC for understaffing their ship.Embarkation
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
Windjammer Marketplace
Wonderful food, plenty of it, kept clean, re-stocked when emptying, staff friendly and eager to please. 'washy washy' meet and greet staff member was fabulous so happy and jolly. More like him needed please xx
Schooner Bar
This was hubby's favorite hangout, he says Denzil the bar steward was very good and a lovely chap too
English Pub
Fun, happy and busy
Main Dining Room
Very poor. The food was good but badly presented and sloppily served, I am silver service trained and this was unacceptable service. I must say our assistant waiter was brilliant
Cafe Promenade
Wow!! A fab place, lively, fun, entertaining and with so much going on.
Onboard Activities
Guest Services and Explorations!
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, treated me like a person not just a fee payer
Sunbathing Area
As you would expect, busy busy busy.........but dirty, messy and understaffed
Center Ice Rink
Spotless but I feel this was because we only seen 1 ice-show and it was hardly ever open
