As said earlier. Great trip ruined by the lies and greed of RC. To rip off an 87 year old man and blackmail him into parting with $99 for photos of his family that he has been told he had already paid for is disgusting IMO. The rip off over the all inclusive fiasco also leaves a bad taste and something that people need to know about

Most were excellent. But we experienced the dark side of RC staff. The ones who were just interested in squeezing every penny out of you. Be very careful when buying photos, the staff blatantly lie to you about what package you will receive. After you realise you have been lied to they will try to get you to pay £99.99 for six photos you had already bought for $30. Had the same problem when we bought the drinks all inclusive package. They decided to change this to just a beer and wine package. We were told if we now wanted the all inclusive we would have to pay an extra $25 per person per day. Even though our invoice clearly showed we had already paid for all inclusive

Came off the Navigator 19th Aug 2017.We booked this cruise back in June 2016,whilst on the Jewel of Sea.The offer then was the Select Drinks Package,we were told that anyone that was too young to consume alcohol would get the Royal Replenish Package(Soda,Mocktails,Premium Coffee,etc)
We fully booked room for myself and my wife,SEPERATE ROOM FOR OUR 12yr TWIN GRANDDAUGHTER'S,TWO FURTHER ROOMS FOR MY DAUGHTER, HUSBAND AND OUR 10 he old Grandson(no drinks package) & Father In Law + 1.We purchased a Royal Replenish for the Grandson,to match the Granddaughter's.
When we arrived at the Port we were told the two Girls could only have the SODA PACKAGE WHICH COSTS £7.60 per Day and it would cost in excess of £400 TO UPGRADE .TO A PACKAGE THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ,AND THEIR COUSIN ALREADY HAD.
WHEN ASKING TO SEE A MANAGER,WE WERE GIVEN A TIME TO RETURN,THIS HAPPENED THREE ( 3 ) TIMES WITHOUT A MANAGER WILLING TO SEE US.
This was only one episode,I could write pages,WE ARE SOON TO BE DIAMOND MEMBERS.Ihave had NO problems in the past,and I am still unhappy,I have other Cruise's booked ,but am still trying to be Loyal to Royal,happy cruising xxx
