Review summary

This was our first ever cruse and will defo not be our last, from the moment we got on the ship everything was great, so much better than I was expecting, the staff are outstanding and really go out of their way to make sure everyting is perfect, the food was lovely in both the main dining room and the Windjammer and the entertainment was really good. Our daughter loved the Teen club and was always hanging out with her new friends.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Very smooth embarkment, everything was very organised and we got onboad very quickly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We had most of our meals in the main dining room which was fab and also used the Windjammer which was also great, because the food was so good we didn't use the other restaurants on board.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Great pools (2) flowrider was fab and we used the gym most days which is very well equiped.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We saw some great shows and there was also various entertainment going on around the ship which I'm sure catered for most people on board.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My daughter loved the teen club and made loads of new friends.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
All the staff we spoke to where brilliant, they are very polite and helpful and you can see they all work very hard.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Great ship size, plenty of room for either shopping or on deck, the ship is very clean and the cleaning staff do a great job.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I was suprised at the size, bigger than I expected and very clever on the design with lots of storage, it was kept very clean and it was lovely to have the towel animals on an evening made by our steward.

Ship tip

If you have children buy the walkie talkies as it's a great way to keep in touch without spending loads of time looking for them lol.

Nice when something goes better than you expected - especially on a first cruise. Congrats!
