All was great except the design of the closet and storage room. so much wasted space that could have had a cabinet or shelving. hardly anywhere to put our stuff. Closet would not open enough to get shoes out. had to sit in floor to get shoes.

If you have a "small" credit on your account, do not think you can get off the ship. It should be noted that you STILL have to go to customer service or they will NOT let you off the ship. We were a party of 15, I was the last one in line. I did not care about my $9 credit because I did not want to wait in the long customer service line. When we went to get off the ship, they would not let me. My family, who was traveling to another state, was ahead of me and they did not realize I was not behind them. Therefore, since I had to go all the way back down to 5, I was not able to say goodbye to my family. This was heartbreaking unfortunately. So please let your passangers know that even if they have a credit and do not care about claiming it, you still need to go to customer service.

The thermal area spa, of all the add ons (drinks, photos etc.) this was the best value for money. Great are without kids.

My advice is to eat the gelatto, take the stairs instead of waiting forever for elevators (because once they come, they will be full anyway), get a spot early on the Adults Only Pool Deck on Sea Days, enjoy breakfast and lunch in the dining room, and get the MSC for Me App and book your shows through that right away, particularly if you plan on going to the late shows (the 6:45 shows never sold out, but the late shows did).

Midship was great. We loved the coffee at the chocolate bar. The main dining was delicious.

Bring your own music & speaker. Also watch out for the hip level towel rack in the bathroom it hurts real bad if you go near it.
