Is true I disembark on July 14 and I saw that. They were waiting for a pusher or chairs for hours it was really sad

Sorry that happened to you. To be honest they were like that when we were on the Seaside in June. Not sure they limit those service to only guests with disabilities. They are terrible! 😢
