I only rate my disembarkation poor because of not being able to get off the ship because I had a credit. I did not get to say goodbye to my family because of them making me go back down to customer service. The reason I didn't claim my $9 credit was because I did not want to stand in the long customer service line but then I had to anyways. I wish I would have known that before hand. Other than that, the Seaside was beautiful, and the staff was amazing!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We arrived early, so I did expect to wait to board, but the process was very organized once we got started through security
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Food was very good. Portions were adequate but if you wanted you could get 2 entres! I feel the buffet hours could be extended more. There was a lot of food choices in the buffet. Food always appeared fresh!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
I feel there could have been more activities. Other cruises always had things going on either on the pool deck at all times or in various places. I asked one of the entertainment staff why there was not even music played on the pool deck. He said some had complained about music being loud from the speakers. Some of the speakers are literally right by the lounge chairs on the pool deck, but I feel maybe they can be moved so that some music can be played. The pool deck, esp. on deck 16, was very boring. The most excitement was watching the big metal box to across the zip line!

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We found ourselves going to the bar that Romnick Malaygay was working at. He was very friendly and make our trip fun! He is an excellent bartender! He even knew our names which made it fun because you felt like "friends"!! We also enjoyed Alfredo in the Wine & Cocktail Bar as well as Mohammed in the bar on 5 (Seaside I believe). Our waitress during dinner was amazing. We had a large round table up in the front and it was great because our party of 15 was able to enjoy dinner together!
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
The cleanliness of the ship was excellent, but the design was a bit challenging to navigate. The infinity bridge leads you to believe that it goes all the way around the ship and it does not. It is very short. There was no good way to get from one end of the ship to the other. Elevators are always challenging on any ship. The common areas were always clean. The buffet areas were always clean as well. The staff did an amazing job keeping up with the dirty tables!

Ship tip
If you have a "small" credit on your account, do not think you can get off the ship. It should be noted that you STILL have to go to customer service or they will NOT let you off the ship. We were a party of 15, I was the last one in line. I did not care about my $9 credit because I did not want to wait in the long customer service line. When we went to get off the ship, they would not let me. My family, who was traveling to another state, was ahead of me and they did not realize I was not behind them. Therefore, since I had to go all the way back down to 5, I was not able to say goodbye to my family. This was heartbreaking unfortunately. So please let your passangers know that even if they have a credit and do not care about claiming it, you still need to go to customer service.
