Review summary

The cruise was great! We liked all the islands, especially caimans. We had aurea package and it was great to have separate sunbathing area and any time entarance to the restaurant. Tapynyake restaurant is very good and worth to go! Massage in spa was great! Free ice cream, aqua kids zone and entertainments were really good and helpful. But our main impression is lost and fond service‼️ We forgot an envelope with a big amount of money and cards in cabin while disembarking at the last day, and when we returned to the ship after couple ours we were very surprised and happy to get it back! Room service personnel found it, they counted the amount, wrote it on the envelope ( so no one would take anything out) and returned every penny to us! It was unbelievable, because we started to believe in humans faith again and wonders! Thank you MSC crew for this wonderful experience!!!
