Don't do it. Save your money unless you love uncharges for normal things and a subpar and not at all luxurious vacation.

Be patient. Expect lines. There's 5000+ people getting on and off the ship at ports. Expect the process to take an hour which does stress you out when you're only at the ports for 6 hours. Consider paying for the VIP rooms, they get the priority lines.

The jungle pool was generally empty for after-dinner evening swims, and even during a sea day, there were only about a dozen people using the pool. It was a great place to take the girls for swimming. As a side benefit, the jungle pool bar was possibly the best bar on the entire ship. The drinks were always fast, well-made, and often strong. If you find other bars to be too busy/crowded, it is worth the walk to the jungle pool bar.

Don’t go excepting this ship or it’s crew to be like Carnival or Disney. It is different. Like all things, everything has its advantages and disadvantages. We had a terrific time on the Seaside and are going on the Davina in February

The Buffett is not on the top deck near the pool. It’s on deck 8. Counterintuitive to every other ship we have been on!

The crew needs to have a customer service lesson. The excursions were frequently hours late due to the staff being unorganized with checking lists, issuing stickers, & wristbands. Seeing we docked in town, some busses were far away which made getting to them slow and difficult for some. The ship really was not sanitary or clean. It is just a matter of time before passengers will be ill.

Bring your wallet. The specialty restaurants are expensive. I would forgoe the drink package. At $850 per person no one can drink that much at $6 to $7 per drink. Main dining upgrades are expensive as well.

Don't book excursions on the boat from MSC. They are way over priced.. A fraction of the cost on land by local tour guides
