This is a very beautiful cruise ship. It's to bad that they don't spend more time on customer service. They are Actually kind of rude and hard to track down. They tend to say ask someone else. I am still to this minute trying to get the pictures that we paid for. I will update to how this plays out.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Main Dinning room was beautiful the food was okay. Not a lot of choices on menu. Our waiter Nelson was amazing
Onboard Activities

The bowling was 25.00 a half hour & closed from 5 -10:30 pm everyday. Zip Lining was 11.00 per ride. The slides shut down at 6 & 7 everyday. So if you get off the ship those days your kids are just out of luck. Carnival Cruise lines includes all this.
Entertainment

The entertainment was nice the stage and equipment great shape.

Service and Staff

Never did learn our room Stewards name. Its not like most cruises where they are there to help you out. The come in when your not there and do your room and than disappeared. No towel animals or anything special.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
It is a beautiful ship its weird that most the time the pool Buffet was closed. Always had to go down to the 7th floor from the 18th to eat. Pools are small and packed. Only really one deck to go out side on.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size comfort and cleanliness was amazing. As for the Whirlpool they have it so about 80 Cabins can sit and stare at you in the whirlpool. Felt really uncomfortable with our 10 and 13 year old out there with men staring at them. we put towels up to help somewhat. As for the Aurea experience you must ask for everything from the robes 3 days into our cruise to our drink package. Very hard they pass you around a lot.
Ship tip
On buying the photo package be very carefull. Had to spend several hours of my trip having the pictures downloaded and having the water marks removed. Only to have the pictures come up missing and the one that are there the water marks are back. Becareful buying the package of all the pictures included...
