Be aware that to ride the zip line, you have to go down to the entertainment/game complex on the ship and buy your badge first, then take your badge up to the zip line. Also, make sure you make reservations for the evening shows at least ten minutes in advance! It's easy to do on the app; they scan your card when you get to the theater. Get the 7:15 dinner seating if you can, we loved that time because it wasn't too early to enjoy the late afternoon doing other things, but it wasn't too late that we were hungry. We didn't miss out on any shows with that time, either.

Be prepared to stand in line for many things. Bartenders can only make so many drinks at a time. Only 1 or 2 people can get through the check out and off ship at shore stops. Get the deluxe drink package - it is worth every penny!

Hang out in the jungle pool area. Bartenders are great and so is the servers. Ship is not much on music so bring your own Bluetooth speaker like we did. South Beach pool at rear of ship is a smokers paradise. We don't smoke so obviously we did not hang out there.

Ship is gorgeous! Customer service is non-existent; thus if you expect to be catered to: MSC is not the cruise for you!

El barco es hermoso pero el servicio es pesimo por los poco empleados q tienen. Algunos suelen ser poco amables y groseros.

Spring for the Yacht Club experience. It's well worth it. Private Dining Room, Lounge, Pool area. Definitely a "ship within a ship". All the advantages of a large ship with the intimacy of a small ship
