Review summary

We bought the wi-fi in advance - it did not work. Trying to get that refunded. On board customer service is slightly helpful, but nothing they said they could do! I paid for 3 gig of data and was online for 3 minutes. It made my phone go haywire and I could not use it. Very disappointing watching other guests using it!!!!

Our cabin steward Percy was above and beyond the limits of wonderful customer service! Baptista the bartender in the Aurea bar was the same caliber of service EXCELLENT in every way, to every passenger at the bar! Dawe was our awesome waiter in the Seashore dining room, his assistant Atish was awesome too!!!

Always clean - always looking good. Layout was good once you got orientated with the locations and elevators.

Ship tip

Be prepared to stand in line for many things. Bartenders can only make so many drinks at a time. Only 1 or 2 people can get through the check out and off ship at shore stops. Get the deluxe drink package - it is worth every penny!

European or American there are rude people everywhere, cutting in line fighting about cutting in line. That was the worst 20 min and it was only 20 min to get off the ship!

Sorry that your Internet package didn't work out for you but glad to hear that you had a great time and most the staff were polite. It doesn't surprise me about the people cutting in line for disembarkation time, it does suck that they do that considering how fast it is to get off, but unfortunately some people are just impatient and couldn't care at all who they upset just so they can save a minute or two to get no where fast.

Enjoyable Cruise Line especially for those who prefer mega ships.
I think MSC Seaside is an amazing ship. With lots of activities and awesome food. My whole experience was great.
