Thieving room server stole my wife's wedding ring off desk when he took tray away at 630 am on 18th. Was our 29th anniversary and he got a $15,000 ring.i went to security and they could have caught him if they would have tried. Called fbi they didn't.

Met with heads of several depts. All they had to do was look at 1 camera from 6 to 630 and they would have seen him. Thefts at sea over 10,000 supposed to call FBI. They didn't I did. No response but did take a report. Wasted my time in San Juan on phone with FBI. Wife really upset. Kept rubbing her empty finger. RUINED our cruise. She had it on when I came in from casino about 12 or 1 am. I told her my fingers were swollen and she said hers were also so she got out of bed and put on desk. No-one left room 12265 til. Coffee 👦 came in between 6 and 630. Ripped off when he left.Embarkation
