Had a good time. Room was disappointing due to the size of balcony. Menu was ok but could be better. Remember, it's a European cruise line so you're going to encounter language barriers with staff and rude passengers. Be patient. It's a vacation! It beats working.

Main dining menu, not very impressive. Thought there would be more Italian choices. Quality was good, do not order steak!! Buffet was normal. Lots of pizza. Lunch menu on buffet didn't change except for carving station. Did no do specialty restaurant.

Staff was friendly considering other reviews . Dining room staff was confused but they try very hard to satisfy your needs. I believe the communication is more of a language barrier than being rude like others have mentioned. They did put wrong plates in front of people but nothing disastrous? Bartenders and pool service was friendly. Be patient when ordering at any bar. They use a hand held tablet to process your card. I believe that's why other reviews say service was slow. Tipping goes a long way. Our room steward was fantastic!! Very friendly and hard working.

Beautiful ship! Only flaw was no elevator in front part of ship although map shows there is. Otherwise clean throughout? Also, when entering the buffet, you'll need to wash your hands at the sink. There is no staff member standing there with a spray bottle.

Booked the grand deluxe suite for my wife's 60th birthday. Room was big, but balcony was very small. I was told when booking this cabin that the balcony was "huge" and would have 2 lounge chairs. It was the size of a queen mattress with 2 chairs and also has a steel wall. You cannot see the water unless you stand up. Be careful if booking this cabin if you plan on spending time in it.
Ship tip
Hang out in the jungle pool area. Bartenders are great and so is the servers. Ship is not much on music so bring your own Bluetooth speaker like we did. South Beach pool at rear of ship is a smokers paradise. We don't smoke so obviously we did not hang out there.
Rented old school VW convertible. Drove around and stopped for lunch on the beach. Go to coconuts for a large heavily poured margarita. About $11.00 us.
