Nightly entertainment was fantastic, and well worth the cruise alone.

The ship is beautiful. The balcony was cleaned every other day which is great. I hate looking through dirty glass. The nightly shows were fantastic! Book them early. The food in the main dining rooms was just ok. The biggest issue was the Bar service! Very slow. The employees have these hand held devices that slow the process down for completing a drink transaction. Most cruisers purchased the drink package so you can imagine the frustration to want to use this effectively.

First time on MSC. I would definitely go back with MSC.

I would definitely recommend the Seaside, the ship is beautiful, crew is very nice and helpful, only thing it could be improved is the food variety. Shows are very good, they were sold out every night, the performances are a bit repetitive but enjoyable, cruise activities director was lovely.

Staying in the yacht club you are treated extremely well, excellent food, personal service could not be better, the only way to cruise

This was our 28th Wedding anniversary and I was not pleased with this cruise. Other cruise lines go out of their way to make your Anniversary great! I you wanted anything special on this cruise you had to buy it! They nickeled and dimed you to death We will never go on a MSC cruise again!

This ship was beautiful and clean but overall service and food experience (compared to other cruise lines we've been on) was poor. We were very disappointed and will not sail MSC again.

The staff is all over the place. One thing they all share: overworked and underpaid! They try their best to conceal; but it's written all over their faces; in all corners of the ship and the company does not care. They work for 8 months straight; 7 days a week; 12+ hours a day! Don't believe the commercials on TV. Ship is indeed beautiful; but everything else is below par. As mentioned; you can forget about customer service. Not existent on this ship!

I had a wonderful man name Christian cleaning our room everyday. His customer service was amazing. The dinner every night was awesome. I would definitely go on MSC again I was amazed with everything they had on the ship

We bought the wi-fi in advance - it did not work. Trying to get that refunded. On board customer service is slightly helpful, but nothing they said they could do! I paid for 3 gig of data and was online for 3 minutes. It made my phone go haywire and I could not use it. Very disappointing watching other guests using it!!!!

MSC has found that Yacht Club is very popular and are refitting all of their ships to include this area. In fact, MSC is building an 800 passenger ship that will be all Yacht Club. The service and amenities (including bar, restaurant, pool/spa area, butler escorts on and off the ship) make this a very special place to be.

I liked the 3 dinner time options (5:15, 7:15 and 9:15). Specialty restaurant meals were far superior over dining room meals. The Bar Service Call Buttons individually located on each table in the MarketPlace Buffet are one of the best ideas which ALWAYS resulted in expedient bar waiter service. The ship's technology for passengers is far superior to other cruise ships (Drink orders, Do-Not Disturb & Make-up Room buttons, TV Account Reviews, Personal Itineraries, Entertainment & Shore Excursion Reservations, etc.). Excellent crowd management of large number of passengers (I never felt crowded or had to wait in lines or struggle to find a deck chair or a breakfast/lunch table at the two buffet locations). BEST SHIP PHOTOGRAPHER SERVICE experience and HIGHEST QUALITY photos of my previous 76 cruises.

I got flu bug by Wednesday morning. No on ship help except $135 doctor body for Tylenol. Need regular meds to be available. Food in Seashore was just ok... Not seasoned well, not simple variety of choices. Confusion with photo purchase no necessary. Post photos, give us a place to pay.,keep it simple. Some bars won't allow glass ware for wine, but can walk anywhere with glass. Glass restrictions is dumb. Husband had to make second trip to bar, to buy a drink for me after he purcased one for himself. Bartendr would not allow him to get 2 atconce, when ships card clearly showed 2 people on same card and this was AFTER $240 upgrade. If all inclusive he should .have been able to get 12 drinks at once if he wanted. Also, their was no warni g of .$12.50 p.o. charge to our cost. MSCnickle and dimed is all the way. Will never travel with MSC again. Won't redo.mend it eithe

Overall I had a great cruise on MSC Seaside and I was glad I was finally able to try this cruise line. They have some issues that need to be ironed out mostly in the areas of service and operations, but the ship is absolutely beautiful and there's a lot to do (and eat). I will add that I was invited on this cruise by MSC, but my opinions in this review are all my own. :)

Need to get more American entertainment with more professional people. The food and the hospitality on the ship was awesome. The designing of this ship was impressive. I would. I would suggest if you took this MSC trip the Aurea package would be the best way to go, includes all your drinks and all so a free spa.

We did not receive some of the credits promised by and they were difficult to work with. You can not email questions but instead must stay on hold. They then have to place you on hold for long periods of time while they try to call MSC. I would use a different travel agency or book direct next time.

We love cruising and enjoyed this cruise. We sat at dinner with three other couples who expressed very similar thoughts and experiences, we were the only couple that said we would do this line again. The Ship offers a lot to do and is beautiful we ate good food we did fun things and were entertained.

Ship is very nice with well decorated rooms and public areas. Staff is excellent

Don't expect variety or taste on food, nor friendly staff, as you would on any other cruise line.

This was a beautiful ship, from the minute we arrived the process was easy customer service was amazing food was better than any other cruise line we’ve been on. I have been on carnival, NCL, princess, Holland America, royal Caribbean, dolphin, and Sundance cruise lines. This was one of our favorite crusies there was nine of us that went on this cruise together. We had three suites auera 2bedroom and 2 - 1 bedroom aurea suites they were all amazing. We were all at front of the ship and were a little nervous about our balcony being facing forward but it was amazing. Service was awesome, food was awesome. We we’re nervous about this cruise line after reading all the reviews, again it was one of the best cruises we’ve ever been on will definitely book them again in the future. Don’t always believe all these negative reviews about this cruise lines they go above and beyond to my it the best vacation ever.
