Review summary

We did not receive some of the credits promised by and they were difficult to work with. You can not email questions but instead must stay on hold. They then have to place you on hold for long periods of time while they try to call MSC. I would use a different travel agency or book direct next time.

Very easy experience, except we had to retake pictures even though I had uploaded in advance.

The main dining room dinner was delicious. Buffets were chaotic and hard to navigate but I always found seats easily. Late night choices need variety.

Onboard Activities

I enjoyed the pools and theme nights. I would have liked more active choices for evening activities other than the shows, such as piano bar, more adult games etc. More could have been done with the themes, it really was just a costume contest except for white night.

Entertainment

We did not care for Frank Sinatra, but the other shows were the best I have seen on cruises.

Service was sometimes slow (appeared bars were understaffed, not enough glasses and cups) but the staff were very professional.

Cabin / Stateroom

The closet and storage space were smaller than I am accustomed to, and the bed was too hard for me. The balcony was nice and the layout of the cabin overall was good. Our cabin steward Jerome kept everything impeccably clean.
