Review summary

I got flu bug by Wednesday morning. No on ship help except $135 doctor body for Tylenol. Need regular meds to be available. Food in Seashore was just ok... Not seasoned well, not simple variety of choices. Confusion with photo purchase no necessary. Post photos, give us a place to pay.,keep it simple. Some bars won't allow glass ware for wine, but can walk anywhere with glass. Glass restrictions is dumb. Husband had to make second trip to bar, to buy a drink for me after he purcased one for himself. Bartendr would not allow him to get 2 atconce, when ships card clearly showed 2 people on same card and this was AFTER $240 upgrade. If all inclusive he should .have been able to get 12 drinks at once if he wanted. Also, their was no warni g of .$12.50 p.o. charge to our cost. MSCnickle and dimed is all the way. Will never travel with MSC again. Won't redo.mend it eithe

Staff was shorthanded. Too many lines. Too many rules.,i don't want to hear word NO on my vacation. Seems to have been the go to word. The table service for 388 and room attendant for 9255 we're exceptional. Understaffed

70’s music???? THEY HAD 70’s night!!! It was all 70’s music!! I agree that serving glass beer bottles at the jungle pool dumbfounded me. And when they had speciality drinks they should have pre prepped some to keep lines down as I found that bars were too slow.

And on any cruise line if you have a drink package they still normally allow you to take one drink at a time to make sure that you are not giving drink to people who don't have a drink package, that is a very common rule. Again do your research.

Ah yeah thats what i thought. I believe the "drinks on us" deal you need to pay the charge per drink. We're staying Aurea so upgraded to deluxe,, so all good then. Was thinking i'd missed sonething and the cruise was going to be a bit more expensive than i though . 😂

From what I understand just figure every drink you order there will be a 25-1.00 charge on your bill dependent on what the original cost of that drink would be, if you upgrade to a different pkg the service charges are included but for us to upgrade an additional almost 400.00 it wouldn’t be worth it - we will just pay the service fees

I’m sorry it was not a good cruise for you. We enjoyed it back in April. A case of the flu would make any cruise miserable.

Kpellapatrick is the service charge for drinks not already included in the package? Is the reference not to the daily service charge of $12.5 PP?

Sounds like you didn’t do your research on the all inclusive drink package otherwise you would of been aware of what was included and how they charged a service fee per drink
