Overall the ship was beautiful. The room was nice and the food was good. Plenty of activities to do. If you have kids they will love the water park and the zipline.

Everything was great!! Cabin, Food, staff, theater shows, Ship, all spectacular!! Cruising was really smooth and beautiful!!

This was our first MSC cruise and overall it was very nice. The one disappointment was the food. There was one main dining room and two buffets to choose from and the menus were limited. The ship was excellent, the ports were great and the shows were entertaining but the food was just okay. We would cruise with them again but I would hope they would consider extending the hours the buffet were open and include more food choices.

I would like to recognize Edison, Marc and Jackie for a superior job taking care of us in the main dining room at table 917. I also want to recognize our Steward Andre for his great service and friendliness for making our stay enjoyable in room 15151.

You need to hire better Cheff to cook Testy food just like other Cruiseline. Should not have to pay extra to play games

Cruise worth every cent spent, very relaxing and peaceful, delicious meals and drinks. Plenty of bargains onboard the ship and at the different stops (just ensure to research before you purchase items).

Ship was beautiful. Some of the day entertainment was difficult to understand.

beautiful modern ship, many updates service and staff is awesome, everyone was accommodating to our needs the food was great tons of options from the buffets and sit down dinners /lunch and breakfast tons of snacks many drinks to choose from water park was great and fun for the kids activities for both adults and children everything was organized for embarkation and debarkation

Worst cruise i've ever taken and I've been on about 6 (Royal Carribean, Carnival, Celebrity and now MSC). Celebrity is the way to go if you want luxury and great service. I felt like my money was wasted and I grossly overpaid for the product/services we got in exchange. I also encountered problems with cheap cruises support staff about promised room credits and they were very rude and unhelpful. Wifi unless unlimited plan was a huge DATA suck and the 6GB plan would last 2 days.

This is a very beautiful cruise ship. It's to bad that they don't spend more time on customer service. They are Actually kind of rude and hard to track down. They tend to say ask someone else. I am still to this minute trying to get the pictures that we paid for. I will update to how this plays out.

I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff did a very good job. My only recommendation is to improve the buffet food variety and longer time for ice cream during the day.

It was a great cruise, beautiful ship and we love MSC - it’s a great cruise line. Their shows are fantastic don’t miss any of them... The cabin we chose was great, 2 bedroom suite super spacious and comfortable, definitely worth it. The ship is always clean and well kept.

Overall I was impressed by MSC. I was skeptical at first after looking at reviews, but going with an open mind and no expectations at all, I was satisfied with my first cruise with MSC, and I would go back. We meet a lot of nice people on board.

The best experience of my life! if possible my large group of 17 we will happily return soon I am glad we didn’t listen to the bad reviews because it was totally the opposite we got beautiful memories for ever after 7 days of magic thanks so much! And special thanks for Jeffrey Martinez our server and Russel our room server.

Cruise was great. There were alot of people, but there was enough different areas to hold everyone. Fun pass was a good idea. Only thing I would say that wasnt good was some cocktail drinks from pool bars seemed watered down. Watch bar tenders as they make your drinks.

Very nice ship, The Associates were friendly and the price was a little better that Royal but not quiet to Royals standards

This was an amazing cruise and I for sure recommend it to all others who have traveled on cruises before but never traveled with MSC. I also advise people not to read too much into negative reviews because the ship is fabulous

This was our second cruise on the MSC Seaside, last year we made the eastern cruise. We like the MSC experience so much we have already booked our cruise for 2020 on the MSC Meravigilia.

so many good things but also a few aggravating things, had fun despite the aggravating things ie: design of the closet, lack of storage, some dishes were tasteless, buffet management at breakfast. the shows were fantastic, the ship is beautiful and everything was very clean, ports were great and of course the beautiful Caribbean blue water was beyond description
