This was an amazing cruise and I for sure recommend it to all others who have traveled on cruises before but never traveled with MSC. I also advise people not to read too much into negative reviews because the ship is fabulous

Miami pool games every day, loved the slides- pools were a bit crowded - Since there is a whole floor just for the kids and they have their own pool area I would have hoped that the pool will be less crowded with the children however they seem to be overly crowded and not enough room for the adults. The zip line was great however I did not get a chance to do it because the line was too long which is expected so I won’t put anything that that was a negative I love that they offered it and it was easy to sign the waiver and pay for the wristband.

The performance by the DJs were always good I wish there was a live DJ out by the Miami Pool, The musicians and DJs in the atrium were great as well

Going into this Cruise I have heard negative things about the staff on this cruise however I had an amazing experience everybody was always so welcoming and kind and quick to answer any questions with a resolution

Everything was well-kept and always cleaned so fast our room was always maintained even if we didn’t put to maintain at the bathrooms were clean everything was always vacuumed.
Cabin / Stateroom

Amazing space I would definitely book this room again the only downfall was the closet getting in and out of it I loved that we could put the suitcases under the bed.
Ship tip
The advice I would give is the elevators were a bit slow because of the priority of the yacht club. Also finding the bathrooms were not that easy there needs to be more direction to a direct bathroom.
