The service was awful as well. The staff was rude and always made it seem as if you were bothering them.

It was clean but the layout was not planned out thoughtfully.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was not cleaned properly. The sofa had stains on it and when asked to have it clean they gave a fitted sheet to throw across it. There were no wash clothes in the cabin and I had to call three times and waited for 4 hours before receiving two wash clothes to take a shower. The shower was way to small.
