The ship was beautiful which was one of the main reasons why we chose this ship. But the food was not good, the 'complimentary' restaurants food tasted like it was under a heat lamp for an hour. The buffet served the same food every day, bland tasteless. The speciality restaurants were great namely butchers cut and Ocean cay. I also did not care for the passengers on board as I thought most were rude and tended to skip lines, walk into you and were loud/obnoxious. We also caught COVID on this ship from all the people not covering their mouths when coughing or sneezing. Our room also had a water leak from the bathroom shower that caused the carpet to be constantly wet and was not addressed until we went to guest services where they graciously moved us to a different suite.

We had a great time. This was our 3rd MSC cruise. Going on another next year.

Overall, it remains one of the wonderful cruises I have taken. One of the highlight of the trip is Ocean Cay. Don’t forget to bring your snorkeling set. I will return for the same cruise ship in the future.

This is my first time cruising and it was as expected. Lots of food and a perfect place to relax.

Our decision was very last minute! [The week before leaving!] We didn't get a "rush treatment" at all. Ray, who guided us through the process of deciding which options to choose, was careful to help us personally, according to our needs, and was superb. Another feature stood out hugely for us: The staff on board the ship were KIND, always eager to please, grateful and one wanted to know them personally. They came from so many different countries, but all worked together superbly. That told us a great deal about the ownership of this cruise line.

Super fun, clean, lots of activities, people at the bar are friendly, and staff are overall friendly. Angel and sonny from Central Park restaurant we’re the best servers ever. Super nice and made you feel comfortable.

We like the Cruise in general but we have a bad experience with one of the Restaurant host who didn't explained that we have to wait longer if we switch our dinner time. What makes it more annoying is that my family is already inside and they still asked us to go out of the restaurant. The manager said that the lady host speak English very well which makes more insulting for us, but the truth is she is lying about explaining the inconvenience of switching dinner time.

I was warned MSC ships are beautiful, but the services are more like Walmart, not Macy’s. I found this untrue and really enjoyed the experience. The internet was way too slow and a rip off.

This was my first time with MSC , I have been cruise on more than 25 different companies around the world, I’m not sure if I ever want to come back to be in MSC.

I’m not an avid cruiser so I can’t compare MSC with other cruise lines, but we had a spectacular vacation. The drinks were always high quality and never disappointed. The food was good. The staff were lovely. The ship was so beautiful. The shoes were great. The views and the number of incredibly beautiful locations you get to visit for the value of the cruise can’t be beat. I’d highly recommend this cruise.

My cabin steward was great. He (Nathaniel) provide all of our needs. He made my cruise and nothing else.

You need to evaluate your times in some of the ports the organization Of Having enough bartenders and and photographers on the ship need to improve a lot.

We requested vegetarian food and we got same menu 5 days out of 7days..need to change this..

Underwhelming amenities such as the Casino and Pool

worst cruise ever two elevators for 5000 people automated elevators so you didn't pick your room inside you did it outside the elevator then it assigned you a car but they were so slow people left and you would stop at every floor the food was really bad nothing on the buffet was hot and it was the same every day unable to find a slice of watermelon no self serve ice cream machines. I will never sail on MSC again

This is not a cruise for a couple that is looking to get away from kids even when it is adult time as it will not be enforced but the ship is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of things to do. If they could work on enforcement of the rules and maybe add a few more excursions then it would be a lot better

Terrible service, Terrible Food and unsanitary practices. Poor training for staff. I was told only 1 person need to acknowledge fire drill only to find out later both needs to acknowledge. My first MSC cruise and my last.

The ship was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest getting excursions. We did not at a few stops and were trying to go to the beach on our own. It was more difficult and sometimes felt a little sketch.

When the Embarkation was so frustration and anger was so high, the staff could have been more understanding and empathetic. There should have be a complimentary way and a more courteous was to create the calm. It was my best friend first cruise - and did not know if she was going to get sick so we made the extra time to get her acclimated before we pulled off from port. It was her first trip abroad so she was expecting more courtesy from the staff. Therefore it took us a good night sleep. Then we woke up to a wonderful ship, fun, relaxation, nature and her beautiful Ocean

overall, the cruise was a great experience, and we had a great time
