Review summary

This is not a cruise for a couple that is looking to get away from kids even when it is adult time as it will not be enforced but the ship is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of things to do. If they could work on enforcement of the rules and maybe add a few more excursions then it would be a lot better

Embarkation

Process was slower than i expected and and left from different terminal than what was listed so had to work through that.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Nothing special food wise. It was ok. Drinks were fine they either overpoured you or under poured

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Anything that stated 18+ only well forget that. The crew did not address any of the 12-17 years old in there getting drinks from their parents and just rude and preventing adults from enjoying their time

Entertainment

4 out of 5
A few of the shows were cancelled due to technical issues which I understand it happens. But the true shows in the theater were good.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Our waiters in the our dining area were great. And housekeeping was on top of everything.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Clean look spacious.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
great size. Shower and toilet was a little difficult for a 6 foot 220 guy.

Ship tip

If your looking for a cruise where adult time is needed then this is not the cruise

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

3 out of 5

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Ship was at port at 6pm when everything was closing up and the town has a curfew of 12 midnight. So nothing to do when you get there go to the few tourist shops that are open.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
If you want beautiful beaches and amazing views !!

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

5 out of 5
if you can take the opportunity and get away my wife and i went to Sosa which is a hour away and in the true heart of DR where there is no tourism its amazing culture plus we got to Scuba !

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, Bahamas

2 out of 5
Nothing really going on. Still needs some work and stuff to do. Not enough rental gear or time slots for everyone but beaches are alright and if your not in the lagoon the water on the coastal side is beautiful

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Fast and easy

Thanks for sharing never cruise when schools out

Glad you enjoyed most of it. If you are looking for less children, cruise when schools are in session or try Virgin Voyages. I thought Ocean Cay Preserve was excellent since it was not developed and more natural.
