Bring some snacks for in between meals bc there's not a lot of options. If you miss breakfast (ends at 10:30) no food available until 12. Same thing from 3-4:30

Everything works, everything clean, everyone willing to help, excellent entertainment, even 5.000 passengers on board everything so well coordinated that you don't feel crowded or bad served. Great ship

Find another cruise line. MSC straight scammed me. Promised me 7 nights in paradise. Instead I got to sit on a overcrowded plane just to go right back to the airport and do it again. And it only cost me $5000 for this vacation of sitting in an airport for 2 days on the way back trying to get connecting flights since I had to change my itinerary that cost me $400 extra

I really enjoy MSC. It has become my favorite line. It's an international line and is therefore much different than your standard American lines. As An American, I enjoy being a minority. On the sailing I was on, passengers came from 12 different countries. It is going to be different than the American lines. There are pros and cons with each line and MSC has shown to be the best value with the best experience. There is always room for improvement including hoping they improve their telephone customer experience, but they have been able to change and adapt very well in my opinion. I think them being privately held makes for a better experience and more willing for change then a company with shareholders. It's a cruise, enjoy the time away!

The sports bar is by far the BEST on any ship we have ever been on. The parties in the Atrium are outstanding.

Do not use MSC. I am not sure what it would take for us to try them again. However, after this trip, I would nit recommend them!

The Yacht Club was on par with Oceania and Viking Ocean cruising with the main exception being that it's on a 6,000 passenger ship. I would think that the experience in general quarters would be quite different and would not book anything but YC on this ship.

Verify that your pre-purchased amenities are being billed appropriately via the app MSC for Me; book excursions early but specialty dining offers and spa specials are plentiful while on board. MSC thermal spa area can be crowded but still enjoyable.

Don’t think twice! Book it! We availed the Easy Plus package for the drinks and 1 internet device and you will not regret it. Best decision ever. He have the Bell Stateroom and they gave us a balcony room since it is our honeymoon. We also purchased the specialty dinner but that is optional. The food itself in the Ship is superb but since it’s our honeymoon we went overboard. We love the Teppanyaki and the Butchers cut!
