A Crew Member jumped overboard during this cruise..many of the crew that I spoke with wanted off that ship!
For a ship that is a year old it is falling apart.
MSC/Captain need to fix the morale of the crew!
Food at the Aurea Restaurant was awful and same menu as all others!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Dinner:
- Given new table at Aurea every nite, however, requested same table at every opening
- Fish over cooked..not blackened or seasoned
- Male dress code non existent
- Gumbo: unsat seasoning, no sausage, no seafood.
- Steak was 1/4 thick and ridddled with sinew making excesses chewy
- Excellent serving staff
Buffett
- All soap dispensers dispense pathetic/non hygenic amount of soap - see picture
- Zero effort to remind Guests to sanitize or wash at EVERY MEAL.
- The "Service Disk" at each table often does not work
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Main Pool
- Never have I had a pool attendent ask if I wanted a drink..they are never around on sea days and especially during port days
Deck 19 Solarium
- The signs to reach this are wrong. Elevators reach 19 but the doors improperly reflect "Yacht Club Only"..change the sign to include Aurea members
Spa
- No attendant service refilling sauna buckets or replacing clean or dirty towels
- Shower flow handle dislocated
- Spa whirlpool jet cover dislocated
Entertainment

Entertainment
- Who's idea was it to limit shows to 35min!
- Is it that much to ask to have some free movies in cabin??
- Why would anyone pay $8 to play pool?
- WHO IN THE WORLD WATCHES TCN MOVIES OF 1925-46?? REPLACE THAT CHANNEL

Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Ship
- Who's idea was to build a ship without a walking/jogging track?
- Cargo nets around basketball court were riddled with gaping holes making the area unusable.
- The Safety Drill was pure chaos..5 000 Guests trying to use staircases at the same time..Imagine IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY!
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Cabin:
- No facial tissues, period...I'm sure removing makeup with toilet paper is a treat!
- The bathroom outlet does not permit polarized male ends and Guest Relations acknowledges there are not enough adapters onboard
- Who's idea was to build cabins without outlets bedside?
- Over 50% of TV channels are devoted to MSC specific topics.
- Not a single in cabin movie is free...REALLY???
Ocean Cay
- I've seen the transformation of this island...it needs massive maintenance...broken speakers, broken lounge chairs, washed out areas, beaches strewn with broken coral, long lines for food and drink.
- If this is a protected site for sea life why are snorklers reporting zero to minimal sea life?
High voltage outlets bedside would be a potential safety issue which is why few cabins have them. Imagine using a laptop in bed with a frayed cord and falling asleep...
Sheesh. It’s not hard to figure out why nobody wanted to come by and get you a drink. I’m sure you’re just a scowling angst-ball. As for no constant reminders to wash hands, everyone knows they should. Reminding them doesn’t do anything unless you’re expecting an accordion playing person singing washy washy. If so, go on Royal. Critiquing loose faucet handles and TCM on the tv is petty. Please don’t cruise again. You’re miserable. Keep it on land.
