Review summary

I want to give a special thanks to Wency Jimenez because her serving us made our seven day cruise enjoyable. It was very noticeable she love her job and took great pride in doing it. She made it possible for us to dine in the main dinning room and the buffet. My wife has a lot of environmental and food allergies and she worked very closely with us to make sure we were accommodated the whole week we were on the ship. Thank you Wency, we appreciate everything you did to make our vacation enjoyable. It meant a lot to us.

The service from waiters, room stewards and other ship personnel was exceptional. I have cruise with MSC numerous of time and the service was always the best.

The workers do an excellent job of keeping the ship clean and well maintained. The layout and design are exceptional as well.
