Review summary

Never found myself bored during my 7 night stay! The ship itself is very elegant, and there are photo opportunities everywhere. While staff were very friendly, I often got contradictory info when asking for clarification about pool towels, soft serve ice cream, and directions around the ship. Nothing a little more prodding didn’t fix. I never found myself waiting long for a decent pool chair or jacuzzi spot despite 100% capacity. MDR service ran smoothly every night; the buffet also carried a good selection of food. One downside about the buffet: only one line for pizza was available outside of dining times which made for long lines during my sailing. In my opinion, they could have offered more lines for the only food available during those times.

Ship tip

Verify that your pre-purchased amenities are being billed appropriately via the app MSC for Me; book excursions early but specialty dining offers and spa specials are plentiful while on board. MSC thermal spa area can be crowded but still enjoyable.
