The bathrooms in the cabin are so small. Everything else on the ship was fine and on par with other MSC cruises we have done. The dining room left some to be desired but for the most part, it was a great trip!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation was very smooth and fast.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The buffet food was excellent, the main dining room was just mediocre.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We used the pools, arcade, theater, thermal spa, and participated in a bunch of activities. They were all good. The pools were crowded and so was the arcade. The thermal area was spectacular!
Entertainment
3 out of 5
We went to the shows every night. The comedian was fantastic (A-Train). The theater shows were hit or miss. The first night was a bad show that made no sense but most of the other nights were very good!
Children's Programs
5 out of 5
Always a hit with our children!
Service and Staff

The staff was wonderful.

Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
We had a large group of 16 people. We had 7 cabins total: 3 interior, 1 family interior (double size interior), and 3 balcony. This was my 4th MSC cruise. They are definitely getting greedy and cutting down on room sizes with the newer ships. The shower was incredibly tiny. I am a bigger person and could hardly fit. I showered in the SPA most days. I never had an issue on any past MSC cruise or other cruise line.
Ship tip
It's very large. The elevators are very slow. The cabin bathrooms are comically small.
This was our first time to Jamaica and I don't really see the appeal. We did Dunn's River Falls and Blue Hole. They were both fun but the people of Jamaica were very pushy.
We always love Cozumel, this day was Thanksgiving and there were about 8 ships in port. We actually opted to get back on the boat because the port and town were overrun with tourists.
