Due to weather conditions our excursion was cancelled. We're now 3 months further and still waiting for our refund . Communication is very poor. No one wants to help us.

There's nowhere on the ship to find a relaxing space. Every bar has very loud music (more then 90 bd). It's very hard to have a decent conversation
