Dont expect good service, Staff is unfriendly afraid to engage think they must be yelled at alot, I had read the previously reviews so I had expected it. They are not well trained alot of new people. you would get different answers from different people.

Bring tissues as they were not provided. Allow 2 hours for dinner at a specialty restaurant and be sure to make reservations right away.

it is big ship little confusing at first but after 1 day anyone will know where to go and how to get to they cabin and everywhere they wanna to go.

Dont go see the Houdini show its not worth the money, skip the main dining room the food is not good and portions are really small also not good options for young kids at the dining room

Pack patience for the embarkation! It’s a new port so they are still getting the logistics together. Carousel shows and theater shows get booked up quick so within the first day, book them!

Book specialty dining as soon as you get on the ship if you want to try these food options. Thermal spa is nice. If you aren't Aurea, they run a special on the last sea day for buy one day pass and get one free.

Bring your own tissues , there is not 1 box to be found on board. Also if you are diabetic there are not alot of sugar free options so bring your own.

When partaking in buffet, go to the one near front of ship. No one wants to walk that far, but you stand less of a chance of getting pushed and elbowed if you go there.
