Review summary

Wen I asked Sheila Dimano at guest services to either provide me with a couch or chair, or a different cabin, she offered to downgrade me to a lesser cabin. Two days later, I got a call from someone who said that I was given the correct cabin. I tried to explain that it was the correct cabin number, but the cabin was not as it was described when I booked it. I got no response to that.

Cabin / Stateroom

I booked a premium balcony cabin with a seating area. There was no seating. No couch, no chair. If I wanted to watch television, I had to stand up. If I wanted to eat the room service breakfast that was supposed to be included, I had to stand up.

Ship tip

Instead of being able to wait in our cabins, or the buffet, we had to sit, for over an hour, in a lounge.

you always have to leave the cabin early so they can prepare it for the next cruise. To wait in a public area is most common. Or do a self assist disembarkation. So you can leave on your own.
