overall a good trip and a great deal. It is one I would do again as it was very relaxing and I am someone who doesn’t always relax on vacations. Staff was polite, ship was clean and gorgeous and there were some activities. Ocean Cay was the highlight for sure and I’m not even a beach lover. It was just that impressive
Embarkation

It was their first time sailing out of Brooklyn so it was a little hectic and took longer than expected. Also very confusing where you check in but not terrible
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Hola was the best restaurant and best deal on this trip! Our waiter Henry was amazing and the food was incredible. can’t recommend this enough! The main dining room was typical. Good portions were small but tasty. Cris, our waiter, was good. Buffet was fine but very boring after 3 days. Didn’t have any real changes so you are the same thing every day at lunch and dinner. Maybe rotate in some different things so it doesn’t get boring?
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Like the trivia usually. Some hosts were great. Sam from South Africa was the best! Funny and kept it moving and not drawing it out. Felt like there weren’t as many activities as i would usually like but there were a few that were cool. I really like the movies under the stars!
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Stage shows were good. My family went to almost all of them and they were entertaining. Some were better than others but that’s just our personal taste. Didn’t go to any of the night time parties so can’t comment on the DJs but was shocked at how you could hear the music at night even in our cabin.
Children's Programs
didn’t travel with kids
Service and Staff

Everyone was so polite and kind. Never passed anyone without them saying “hello”. Very friendly atmosphere on ship
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship is gorgeous. Was a little confused as to where to buy toiletries and other small items but we figured it out. The ship was so clean too! never found a fingerprint on any of the mirrors which is saying something
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
interior cabin is small with limited outlets and no way to iron or steam clothes. wish i knew those 2 facts before getting on the ship. The room itself while small served it purposes as we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room anyway. They were always clean and didn’t have a single bad thing to say about our room steward
Ship tip
Iron before you leave, bring things to keep yourself entertained on at sea days and bring an external battery for your electronics if you have a lot of them since you can’t charge too many at once
We ended up going to Disney Springs. The buses to get on were a little confusing and wasn’t the most organized it seemed. Also we were told we would have way more time in Disney Springs than we actually did. Drop off spot was far away from entrance which was fine for my group but good to note for those with elderly folk or little kids
typical carribean island. people were nice, island was ok. Not a lot to do besides shop right off the port. Taxis were cheap and clean to get to the other side of island and to check out Atlantis Hotel
Gorgeous! Only thing I can say as any sort of criticism is to remind people to clean up after themselves. The island was such a mess when we left and i felt bad for the staff that would have to clean it. maybe have more trash cans? some signs asking people to clean up (especially in the cafeteria area as we saw multiple sea gulls enjoying lunch after people didn’t clear their own tables!)
Awful! So so disorganized and frustrating. People were just getting off of elevators and able to cut into lines that others had been waiting in for over an hour. It was messy and confusing and a terrible way to end a decent vacation
