The ship was very clean and well thought out and main dining room was very good

El barco hermoso nuevo y moderno, es lo único que puedo decir bueno. El personal mal organizado, en cada puerto que hacía parada abordaban mas personas y tenían que hacer el simulacro nuevamente,bastante fastidioso escucharlo 6 veces. En excursiones no me quisieron devolver el dinero por un error de ellos, cuando llegas a un puerto bajas del barco y estas a tu suerte pues ni un mapa del area te dan.En este barco pagas por todo no incluye nada ( no helado, no hay cereales para el desayuno, no hay jugos (solo en horas de desayuno), servicio a la habitación pagas por plato, no incluye área thermal, si vas a utilizar el area thermal $40 diarios..etc. El buffet no importa la hora no tenía variedad, imaginó para obligar a pagar en los restaurantes $.

Ship was quite nice but staff are rude and they hard sell everything. Before the cruise I was getting constant emails telling me to precook everything and check in online, which I did. All of it was pointless as I still had to queue to check in and make the bookings again that I had already made. 7 nights was too long on this ship.

Overall, this cruise was great. We enjoyed every moment and we recommend this cruise. We are actually planning to cruise again with MSC.

From 0 to 10, for this cruise I give the “4”, not more. The personal of reception is very bad, not educated, “0” informations, the services payed we are not received, every think we must asking, also already payed. The experience with very big delusion... Never with MSC

We were on the Meraviglia Dec. 8th to the 15th and she was decorated for Christmas. MSC has cornered the market on PHENOMINAL CRUISES!! Customer service still needs IMPROVEMENT!!

We were aboard Meraviglia from 8th - 15th December. We have travelled twice with P&O and were amazed at the look and feel of the boat in comparison with Ventura and Azura. The Meraviglia is ever so modern, shiny and still new. We found all of the staff to be helpful and friendly. The free entrainment was brilliant. We booked Cirque de soleil for show and dinner and this was amazing and well worth the extra money. We had booked the middle drinks package and this was ideal for our needs... A brilliant cruise which knocked spots of P&O...

What is great about this cruise is that there are no "sea days"...every day you wake up in a new port!!! If you can swing it...upgrade to Yacht Club...you won't regret it...I don't think that I can cruise any other way now!

We have cruised on Disney and Carnival, previously. We were not familiar with MSC and honestly didn't know what to expect. We were SO pleasantly surprised with everything about this cruise...from the beauty and cleanliness of the ship, to the quality of the food and the onboard entertainment. After the first couple days my husband commented that this was definitely more our speed than Carnival. If Disney was scored as a 100 and Carnival was a zero, then MSC would be about an 85. We would definitely cruise on MSC again, if we had the opportunity.

Nave molto bella ma gestita malissimo, i corridoi di accesso alle cabine spesso ostacolati da aspirapolvere o carrelli vari. Smart TV per gestire la propria crociera frustrante da utilizzare, stesso discorso per i monitor interattivi sparsi per la nave, un po' meglio l'app per smartphone. Cibo buono ma nulla di esaltante. Cirque du soleil eccellente. Spettacoli teatrali molto gradevoli ma sempre basati sullo stesso genere. Imbarco e sbarco di inizio e fine crociera sono stati fallimentari ed hanno evidenziato l'incapacità nel gestrli. Personale spesso incapace di dare spiegazioni esaustive nella propria lingua. Addebiti inesistanti e casuali finiti sul conto da dover gestire alla reception sempre affollata. Nel complesso tutto abbastanza mediocre.

Ship has an amazing entertainment. Cirque Du Soleil is fantastic so really go and see it. The design of the ship is really interesting with all the colors and lights. Inside cabins are a bit bigger than on the other ship companies. The food was great and really tasty but the presentation of it could be better. All the crew members were nice and polite. The ship itself can get a bit shaky when it comes to rough weather. I wouldn't say this was the stirdiest ship I was onboard. But overall a great cruise which gave me a lot of memories.

We were 4 people. My son and his wife. our son has a muscle disease and is in a wheelchair. Wherever we came we were always helped fantastically by the staff. The food was perfect also in the specialty restaurants. Just a pity that there are no / few excursions for people who have difficulty walking.

Amazing ship with so much to do. Amazing staff. Wonderful shows and awesome entertainment team with so many activities going around. The ports of call were different from anywhere I visited. Loved waking at 2am and finding it bright, amazing. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget and I already miss the ship.

We went for the excursions offered which did not disappoint ! Don't care for these mega ships, to many people to deal with. It was a bucketlist for us to go to Norway and left feeling it was a very good cruise from the sightseeing aspect.

this was a great experience visiting the North Cape, also the other Norwegian ports, lucky with the weather also and blue sky. Restaurants Panorama for lunch and dinner very good, nice crew and good food

We will cruise on MSC again. Superior food quality and variety (with sea food avaliable at every dinner).

This ship is amazing. A great theatre and food. I stayed in the yacht club and had the best time ever. Butler was so kind and helpful. The room was always spotless and we met the nicest people. If you get cold at night make sure to keep warm because the bedding for some reason is kind of cold, not awful though. Before you go on this ship diet because all the Italian food will fatten you up. I see a lot of reviews on her bashing Msc but you really need to understand the European style when going on this cruise line. It is European so that makes it different and cool. I promise if you go one this cruise you will have a blast.

Just returned from the Med cruise. Overall we found this ship quite good , but certainly not perfect. As per the MSC fleet , the food is very good. We like main room dining but found the buffet food to be better. We went to the tapenyaki , and to say we were disappointed would be a understatement. The chef was shy and withdrawn , and no fun , everyone at our station began joining in with the chef on the adjoining station. The food here was quite good. The Brass Anchor is a nice bar with an exceptional member of staff (Yus). Only downside to this bar is the music , the Brass Anchor is an English/Irish bar , but for some strange reason the live music is from a moody singer from Ukraine singing lounge style music ??? What’s all that about ! The rooms were clean and spacious. As per most people’s review the staff are hit and miss , some very nice , some not so nice , down right rude at times. Cigar room is non existent, it’s a small room with no bar , a couple of sofas and full of teenage kids , as was the night club and the casino , MSC doesn’t seem to enforce any age issues , which does take away from the experience , kids running around a casino after midnight, surely this isn’t acceptable? Overall a beautiful boat with many nice features.

Great experience, different from a traditional Caribbean cruise nevertheless just as enjoyable once you make the adjustment for culture and climate. The downside to this cruise was that we experienced a lot of cold and rainy weather. This is not a complaint, as a matter of fact expected, late winter, almost spring. Normally would't have cruised but this was a birthday cruise.

A beautiful ship. Went 1st week March on med for 7 nights. Was on divina in oct Caribbean. Mergavilla has a lot to learn Too many kids in bars that where adults only even tots running about casino at 2 in morning. Management don’t seem to be managing guests for the sake of others. Speciality restaurants a little expensive. Hoards of school outings. English bar brass anchor very good as well as juise from Indonesia is lovely and a great barman.. the quizzes etc are bad. We loved ones on divina. Bedroom and all the same. For us it will be Caribbean. We did prefer the smaller ship. Staff not as friendly as divina with exception of one or two. Management deal with 17 year olds drinking smoking and annoying other people and enforce no children in casino. A lot of people talking negatively about this on mergavilla
