Review summary

We went for the excursions offered which did not disappoint ! Don't care for these mega ships, to many people to deal with. It was a bucketlist for us to go to Norway and left feeling it was a very good cruise from the sightseeing aspect.

Buffet was a traffic circle gone bad, plus breakfast was the same for 14 days !. The Butchers Cut was very good but the Italian restaurant was average. Main dining room was slightly above average.

Poor communications among staff at customer service desk. Their answers were never the same.

Ship Quality

The ship was always clean. Complained 3 times though about the sewage smell in our cabin. They tried to fix it but the next day it was back. There had to be a drain pipe issue. Ship is all about the glitz and bling ! Elevators ran slow and out of sequence. It has to dark of interior colors for the the cabins. Main ship also has dark colors making it feel confined. This ship was not designed for a Norway cruise, as temps and rain in Norway made you be inside and not able to utilize the outdoor parts of the ship.

Ship tip

Its a tall ship which will have you walking alot or using the elevators to get around. Thermal bath and spa are very nice ! Security getting back on the ship after excursions takes awhile.
