We had chosen this cruise because we do enjoy MSC and the price for the cruise was very good. We had wanted a cruise to just relax and this we are able to do.

We also had a stop in Nassau that we didn't know about until we were on the ship. We plan our port days well in advance, so this threw us for a bit of a loop. With some quick Googling before we left Port, we made a plan to walk to the highly rated Junkanoo Beach. We took our own snorkel gear, but saw very little and the extremely loud music playing from each section of the beach (multiple songs at once) was enough to have us back on the ship by noon. I did get a drink at Seagulls that was strong and not too pricey and the bartender was very nice. Overall, we had a nice cruise and enjoyed much of what MSC had to offer, but probably wouldn't have felt as happy without our balcony to spend time on. We likely won't cruise with them again, but never say never. I was able to do the status matching with my Hilton Honors about a week before the cruise, but Silver status didn't end up getting me much other than a pretty cruise card. The welcome cocktail reception was canceled due to covid and I didn't get the promised basket of fruit, but honestly no biggie on that, plenty of fruit at the buffet.

Gorgeous ship! I would go again and again as long as it isn't too crowded.

I was blown away by the ship decor and staff. The venues were well staffed and my only negative was the quality of the entertainment. Stage and set were excellent but entertainers were not up to par.

Due to covid, we were shuttled to a beautiful beach in Jamaica, the time was cut by a third due to the the tour guide, when we left, He stated well if thier not here there are other bussess, and I asked did you count all your sheep? after that he went to sleep.

Great for the money!, they didn’t charge more for going solo. Staff were superior! Didn’t like the fact that the itinerary was changed when we arrived on board!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks, enjoyed being able to cruise again

Even though this is our first time sailing MSC, we loved it immediately. There were only 768 guests onboard so we were well looked after throughout the cruise. The lack of atmosphere did not bother us one bit. All the crew were so friendly and welcoming...we actually got to know many of them and have the opportunity to talk to them at length. We enjoyed the entertainment very much. The singing and dancing are of very high quality. We particularly enjoyed the live band "Off the record... On the Rocks" performing at the Carousel Lounge. They are phenomenal and please do check them out if you are onboard.

Amazing time in the yacht club. Only way to cruise. Love the ship, 3rd time on her. They had only 850 passengers so it felt so nice to just not be cramped. Worth trying if you want something different

Excellent ship, super services in all areas, more that clean

Don't go into a MSC cruise expecting anything like other cruise companies sailing out of the USA. We asked the service staff about they lack of appeal to American preferences on food and maybe they could adapt it a bit. And they said it came from above that "the American ls can adapt to us, we aren't adapting to them" pretty much sums up our experience with MSC

Unbelievable! As first time ever in a suite. I don’t think we can go back. The food, service, accommodations were top notch.

Overall a great first experience on MSC! There was so much to do onboard that we did not even get to do it all. The food and service were both very good and we loved the destinations. We would definitely recommend.

Although we had a better experience & better itinerary on the MSC Armonia in December 2018, MSC is still our favorite cruise line. We cannot wait for the MSC Seashore in May 2022. Hopefully, cruising will be back completely at that time. I believe the COVID restrictions & the time of the restart effected this cruise, although many of the changes we loved!

We got a great deal and more than our money's worth. Loved the ship decor and staff were wonderful.

We had a great relaxing time(much needed after the last year). Enjoyed the private island both times. The ship is very beautiful and had a great time exploring all it had to offer. This was our 50th cruise and would rate the ship in the top 10. We would sail on her again.

overall, we had a great time on the ship and staff was very attentive. food was good and plentiful, however, choices were limited in the buffet. we had a great time during our excursion in cozumel, snorkling with stingrays, starfish, tropical fish, turtles and even a barracuda! (Thankfully, I was not in the water at that time). at costa maya, we went to maya luna a private resort where we had this area all to ourselves and attentive hosts who cooked up a delicious lunch and provided snacks. a nice getaway from crowds
