Overall a great first experience on MSC! There was so much to do onboard that we did not even get to do it all. The food and service were both very good and we loved the destinations. We would definitely recommend.

Overall it was smooth. At security they took our power strip that we were planning to use onboard. We also were asked multiple times as soon as we stepped on the ship if we wanted to purchase the drinks package or specialty dining.

The stage shows were not the best I have seen at sea but the band in the carousel lounge was amazing and such a great time.

The service was amazing. I had previously heard that service onboard MSC was not as great as other cruise lines because they are not an American owned cruise line. I did not receive any service that was less than what I expect on a cruise. This may have been due to reduced capacity onboard with covid restrictions but that worked in my benefit for sure!

The ship was BEAUTIFUL. The design and cleanliness were amazing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfort, size and cleanliness were great. The balcony was a little bit of an obstructed view.
Ship tip
The horizon pool is a much quieter place to relax during the day in the sun and the service back there is great.
We loved Ocean Cay. The island is still new and growing so it may look a bit bare but everything that is included on the ship is also on the island so its a great experience. We did snorkeling at the lagoon and saw a turtle!
I loved this port. There is so much for cruisers to do off the ship from the pool, to seeing all the birds, and swimming with dolphins. There are lots of shops as well.
You lost me at peanut butter pie 😯. Nice you had a great MSC cruise, I see so many conflicting reviews regarding this line, difficult to judge how good they are.
