The ship and our room were good. However, food and service EVERYWHERE was terrible.

Won't take take msc again. Was my second try and both times food was not very good

My overall rating for the cruise destinations are great. But the buffet itself is horrible. I do not recommend this cruise because food is the priority in the cruise, for them to have the same food all the time and that I found hair in the food. That mean they don't really care about the food and the passengers. Which is really bad. Not a recommended cruise.

Awesome experience unique international flavor. Cost effective... enjoyed islands.

The cruise was nice since we were with our friends. We would not do a MSC cruise again due to the international passengers being extremely rude and pushy. They left a very bad taste in our mouth. We go on vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves, this was like dealing with the rat race constantly. There was definitely not enough of “American” activities/music for us to enjoy.And it’s annoying to have to hear all the announcements in six different languages. Never again

I was originally so excited to go on this cruise, but the level of food, beverage and service was the worst I've ever been on. The food is not only uninspired but awful, and many nights inedible. The wait staff at our assigned dinner was beyond awful - rude; slow; it would take over 2 hours to dine and they would be out of a lot of things, others were awful, and they wouldn't accommodate our requests for wine, drinks except when we first sat down each night. It's billed as high-quality and couldn't be further from the truth. The all-you-can drink (and we upgraded for a cost) is very misleading. Many of the things on the upgraded list were "out" in most of the bars by the 2nd day of 8. In addition, there is marketing to make you believe there are all these different bars and experiences, and they are sometimes barely acceptable as a walk-up bar. The bartenders were clueless in general; no idea how to make the drinks; not willing to re-stock liquor from another bar throughout the cruise. No one seemed to care about the experience of the customer. I was overall very disappointed with the quality and experience, and this doesn't come close to lining up with the price and their promises. Delta Vacations should reconsider their support of this line.

This was a good getaway for Thanksgiving. The itinerary was good and the ship was really nice spacious and entertaining. The food was blah but ok for a week. I would do it again but would NOT do the internet again. (Unusable)

Unfortunately we have previously sailed with Royal Caribbean, making it impossible to not compare with this MSC experience, which came up very short.

Meraviglia has a lot to learn about customer service. We never met our room steward, waited 5 days for washcloths, crew is rude except for the wonderful members of the Horizon Bar on deck 18.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. The food and service were horrible and the clientele onboard were unruly and incredibly rude and ship staff did nothing about it. We spoke to about a dozen or more crew who were all looking to leave MSC and go to Royal Caribbean as they said they were treated badly onboard. It was VERY apparent throughout the ship the staff and crew were not happy. We are ready to get off the ship the first day and so happy it was only a 3 night cruise, which was 2 days too many.

it was a short cruise we did not go to ocean cay but the experience with my family after 17 years all together it was good

very nice, all in all best cruise we have been on would definitely love to do msc again.

Will not return to this line. Needs lots of work with customer service and product delivery. Also need more variety of food options.

Loved the sophisticated dining rooms as well as the Marketplace Buffet food and service. , the new Wellness section with healthy options. Everything seem as a dream come true for me! Thank you MSC

The overall cruise was pleasant and got us away. We cruised with MSC based upon the Antilles itinerary. Not sure we would cruise with MSC again due to our past experiences with competitors where the experience has been better.

Awful experience, over crowded, poorest quality food, beautiful ship, NO service.

I will definitely book MSC again. I hope they improve those few little things!
