Beautiful new ship let down by disinterested staff, awful buffet and lack of alternative entertainment beyond typical '"Broadway" shows
Getting back on after visiting Belize was downright scary
Having cruised NCL, Celebrity , Carnival, Princess and Royal Caribbean I was expecting something different with European flair. I was disappointed

The staff were polite but seemed a bit subdued, thought a new ship and a cruise line that is expanding in Florida would have tried harder

Clean rooms and facilities. Good layout of ship, the shopping street was very impressive. The illuminated roof was awesome but the light shows were too short and infrequent.
Cabin / Stateroom

Thought the cabin would be more upmarket, could have been in a 90's Carnival ship
Ship tip
Do not take Excursions that involve tendering. The tenders were great but getting through security was verging on dangerous.
