Unfortunately we have previously sailed with Royal Caribbean, making it impossible to not compare with this MSC experience, which came up very short.

Bingo was good, couldn’t do the water slide because the staff at the gate totally ignored me. Tried to cancel a couples spa but was told we could not get a refund because we booked it ahead of time through the MSC website, ridiculous!

Cirque was good, the adult comedy show was bad, not entertaining.

Average at best, of course there were some exceptions where the service was excellent, like in the Sky Lounge, however the majority of bar tenders were very inattentive, same with the buffet staff.

Too narrow with limited outdoor space. The enclosed pool was a sauna. The ship is still pretty new so no issues.
