Review summary

Meraviglia has a lot to learn about customer service. We never met our room steward, waited 5 days for washcloths, crew is rude except for the wonderful members of the Horizon Bar on deck 18.

This would get a 1 star but the bartenders on the Horizon Deck were awesome.

We went on the Meriviglia on its 1st disembarkation from Miami (November 10-2019). Except for the disappointment of not visiting Ocean Cay as advertised, our cruise was overall a 9 out of 10. The Specialty restaurants, where we dined 4 of the 7 nights, were excellent. Service was outstanding. Our room Steward was terrific. And the ship is fabulously gorgeous.
