This cruise was beautiful and I had a great time whether on the ship or on a port. I would recommend it too anyone.

Overall we had a great time. Staff were helpful and friendly. We spent a lot of time by the pool but we did not see many (if any) wait staff come by to take drink orders. Only a few minor inconveniences. On days 2 and 3 the hot water wasn't working anywhere not the ship. It was fixed by the end of day 3 and we received an on board credit. We also did not get our luggage on day 1 and had to find out for ourselves where it may be. They should have a better system for securing ship luggage tags (such as airlines do with sticker type labels). The ship also does not allow irons and there were no irons in the cabin. There were no ironing services onboard either so we should have packed more wrinkle-forgiving clothes. It was just a bit disappointing that we couldn't stop at our final port of call due to the rough seas, but that's understandable and beyond the ship's control. To recap, we had a great time and lots of fun.

This was supposed to be a celebration of my 50th birthday. Besides being with my significant other, the cruise was a epic fail.

the price for this beautiful ship is great! however, you get what you pay for~ dont expect any high quality service or food.

Great cruise. First with MSC and wasn't sure what to expect given some previous reviews. We were pleasantly surprised and had a great time The service and staff were excellent, shows were very professional and the ship was really clean and beautiful! Food was very good (though not always hot enough) and staff were always willing to help with any questions or things you needed. We sat at the same table in the dining room each night and the waiters brought our drinks right away and were quick to personalize our service. We had an awesome time and will be back!

We have cruised several times with several lines and this was a very disappointing experience. Long wait times, Lineups, misplaced luggage, language issues, paying over 6.00 US for a 1 liter bottle of water. Felt they are really pushing all the extra pay amenities Their private island is really the highlight.

Very Clean ship. Staff is Great. Dining room good but not excellent. U can order a ribeye on the dinner menu for 21.00. Absolutely awesome. Breakfast is good. Bacon never greasy. No powder egg here.

Overall this was an excellent cruise, highly recommend the yacht club - level of service is super! Ship is gorgeous with only a few tweaks needed in order to make it outstanding.

MSC Meraviglia is a beautiful ship. This is my second MSC cruise. I appreciate the fact that this cruiseline does not charge double for solo cruisers. The itinerary was excellent. I enjoyed the dining and entertainment on the ship. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean. It was a relaxing vacation.

Would I sail with MSC again? Yes, but I wouldn't seek them out. They didn't stand out from other cruise lines I've been on. If the dates and itinerary suit you, book them. You won't be disappointed, but you won't be overly impressed either. Would I take this cruise again? No way. Until they streamline the embarkation and disembarkation process, in the words of one country song, "the pleasure ain't worth the pain."

Service at the steak house was not very good. I had to get up and go ask for water. Food? It was ok. Not worth the extra money. The steak at the regular dinning room included with the cruise was actually better and so was the service. Tapas was good and the sushi. Overall it was fine.

Fun cruise as this was our second MSC cruise. Good price and excellent entertainment.

Cruise was amazing and I been on a lot. I would choose MSC again and again.

Did this cruise to see the new ship, and Ocean Cay. Have been to all the ports before. The ship did not disappoint at all and Ocean Cay had bad weather so we missed it. However, I think I like the Seaside better than Meraviglia because it has such large promenades.

Of my 8 cruises, this was the worst. 1 restaurant choice only and a poor marketplace. Walked out of theatre in middle of performance along with many others. No free movies, no free blintzes, no free ice-cream, no free late night snacks such as chicken wings, fish & chips. Pizza available till 11:00 PM only. MSC take a lesson from Carnival or Norwegian. Stop trying to rip off your passengers every chance you get.

All in all it was very fun and worth what we spent. Reception was very friendly and easy to work with. It was a little more European concerning shows. Not as interactive or game-filled. Found plenty of great service. The ports were good. The ship is nice. We have great memories from this cruise. For a similar price to different ports, we'd do it again.

This was our first cruise. It surpassed all expectations.

It was a great holiday. Although the weather was not good, we had a nice time. We are planning another cruise with MSC to another region of the Caribbean.

MSC was a good experience, housekeeping served us excellent always the room was clean, should expand the restaurant menu there is no variety of fish and meat, child care should be extended until 1 am to share more adults.

I think MSC are a cut above a lot of the rest. This is my 3rd cruise with them and envisage doing more. Evening entertainment was wonderful, service was great - the nightly parties were really fun, the ship itself was beautiful, cabin was spacious - and plenty of time in each port of call! Highly recommend them!
