We have cruised several times with several lines and this was a very disappointing experience. Long wait times, Lineups, misplaced luggage, language issues, paying over 6.00 US for a 1 liter bottle of water. Felt they are really pushing all the extra pay amenities
Their private island is really the highlight.

Never met our room steward, room was never serviced before late afternoon. Dishes stayed in the room unless we put them in the hall

Awkward design for shelving in bathroom, make sure the toilet seat is down or things might end up in it. Room was good size , balcony terrific, bed very comfortable
Disorganized lineup. Did Express disembarking. Lined up EARLY. By the time the line opened up probably 500 people in the line and people trying to jump the line making some passengers angry and aggressive.
