We were very satisfied with the cruise. Beautiful ship, good service, life onboard well organized. Efficient organization of disembarkation and embarkation in visited ports.
It was a great holiday. Although the weather was not good, we had a nice time. We are planning another cruise with MSC to another region of the Caribbean.

Too long waiting in the quee. Unnecessarily, immediately after entering, we were attacked by the crew with spa offers and restaurant drink tariffs. At the time of embarkation, people are excited and tired and this is probably the last thing they need.

Great service and menu in Waves restaurant. Marketplace buffet - varied food, everyone could find something for themselves. Good service, cleaned on a regular basis. It is worthy to have Easy Package for your convinience.

Perfect service in Waves restaurant. We felt very well. We were well looked after by the waiters and restaurant manager. We were impressed with the waiters' attire. Marketplace buffet - tables cleaned quickly, good service.
Bars - friendly, experienced staff.
Very good professional photographers. They took beautiful photos but too expensive.

We were very impressed ship's layout and design. In our opinion common areas were clean all the time and well-maintained. We liked the variety of styles in different parts of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean all the time, very comfortable, cabin size appropriate. TV service and daily printed schedule and program were very helpfull.
Ship tip
MSC Meraviglia in our opinion is a good choice. We advice to read carefully daily schedule and program because there are many different events organized in the same time in different areas of the ship.
A good combination of a visit to the pyramids and the beach. The Mahahual beach is beautiful. It is worth to haggle in gift shops and with taxi drivers. We did Chacchoben excursion by ourselfs and were satsfied and than spent some time on the Mahaual beach which was interesting.
We did organized excursion to the zoo and monkey sanctuary. It was great opportunity to became familiar with the country, people, nature ect. Very good tour guide. Recommended.
Port OK, still under construction but safe. We did excursion to the far east of the island, seen landscapes, communities, culture, got lots of info about Roatan and spent nice time on French Key island. We also had a free time in the port to visit gift ships.
Very well organized day on the island. Time on the beach passed pleasantly and very quickly. It is a pity that the sea state and strong wind prevented activities outside the island. I am happy to be back in a few years to see how the palm trees and other vegetation grew.
