Fantastic time! Fun tablemates. Let a lot of wonderful people , enjoyed the ship and staff. Good food. Ports were fun.

Cruised on several other cruises and this was the first time with MSC and most likely the last.

It was not what I expected. My money and time could have been better spent.

Never again..Luggage got lost..My kids Nike Sneakers & Nike Slides got stolen..All of our items in the Safe were taken from us including my Csr Keys, my Daughter's Wallet, my Daughter's Camera, & my Pouch with all my Credit Cards & Cash...Worst Experience ever....I really hope this never happens to anyone not even my WORST ENEMY..My kids Spring Break was ruined while waited 6 months for this Cruise..Not Cool at all

I just feel so disappointed with the entire experience. Getting a drink on the ship was near impossible. Not only were the lines to the bar insane, there was zero organization and they were out of so many drink (most beer and daiquiri mixes). The last day on the ship they only had 1 of the 3 pool bars open! They also had NO bottled water the entire last day and a half! All of the bars and the buffet were completely out of water! The food on the ship was also a disappointment. The buffet selection was decent, but the quality of the food was not. Even the cookies were extremely over baked! Not just 1 or 3 batches, every single cookie daily was dark brown and hard as a rock! If you’re going on a cruise not wanting to enjoy some drinks or good food, you might find the MSC Divina a good time. If you’re someone looking for quality food and drinks, and doesn’t want to shower in the dark while waiting for the awful customer service, I would strong suggest cursing with another cruise line!

We were on a 17 day cruise, we did two cruises together and that was a lot of fun. It was nice to come back to miami for the day but get back on the boat to go to south america. I like cruising with MSC and find the restaurant staff and cabin staff to be absolutely excellent. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. As indicated earlier, unlike other MSC boats, the buffet didn't mix up the food. The same choices got boring after 17 days as eating at the buffet is helpful for breakfast on excursion days. MSC does a good job getting the excursion people together and to the busses. The price of their excursions is a lot higher than if you just get off the boat and sign up with the travel agencies on the dock. Unlike other cruise companies, the excursions seem a little expensive. The Divina is a huge boat and the elevators got crowded but this boat was completely full on our trip. The entertainment was good and the Divina has a show every night but it does repeat after the first week.

Departure went fairly smooth. The cruise was delightful being with our daughter, her husband, his sister, and brother-in-law was wonderful. Our breakfast in the main dining room was outstanding and dinner was even better as we had two of the best waiters in our opinion. Drinks were delivered with them knowing what we were drinking, and my wine was exceptional.

It is a shame to pay as much as we paid and not be able to enjoy the balcony and then get stiffed on any compensation.

The one major issue I had with this cruise was with and Shore excursions. I was waiting in a long embarkation line and received an email on the excursion we originally booked with /shore excursions that it was cancelled. Standing in line and received this email, I was very upset and called who insisted I booked my excursion with MSC. Totally wrong! I then got on board and booked the same excursion with MSC and it costed me $225 more. So much for booking early to save money. Oh Yeah, Crsuies.com/shore excursion also gave me $50 toward my next excursion I book with them. Do you think I would ever book another one with them? Not even close.

Great vacation! The food, service, cleanliness, value, and ports were top notch. The beverage package is well worth buying! Can’t wait for my next MSC cruise.

All in all the ship was nice, the food was good, the staff was excellent but the onboard maintenance and no tv ruined it for me. I have gotten no response from MSC so I guess they could care less. I'll never sail MSC again for these reasons. I wish I could upload my videos of all the hammering!

The ship needs to have a satellite that works in this day and age. The problem should have been addressed knowing that this was Super Bowl Sunday. Never got cleared up.

You get what you pay for. And I’m not sure two grand more for yacht club would have made the difference. Crowds. Kids. Pushing. Small spaces. Nowhere to walk. No thanks.

Very tricky reservation, you should have the option to buy a drink pack even after reservation, we went in a group of 42 persons, and was told that at check in we will have the option to buy a drink package, which was a lie, for this reason, we decided not to take any more MSC cruises, we reserve and pay in full so many months before, and last minute sale for new year people get the best deals including wifi and drink package, so we learn that to MSC last minutes customers are more important than the ones that plan their trip and in full for it.

Quick and fun. Weather and ship were great, food was awesome.

This was my first boat cruise and I really enjoyed myself. Everyone was so nice, the beaches on the private island were my favorite. The food was decent. ONLY complaints I had is that the bars were ALWAYS crowded…bartenders will ignore you when waiting for drink and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable …but that’s my only complaints.
