Review summary
I just feel so disappointed with the entire experience. Getting a drink on the ship was near impossible. Not only were the lines to the bar insane, there was zero organization and they were out of so many drink (most beer and daiquiri mixes). The last day on the ship they only had 1 of the 3 pool bars open! They also had NO bottled water the entire last day and a half! All of the bars and the buffet were completely out of water! The food on the ship was also a disappointment. The buffet selection was decent, but the quality of the food was not. Even the cookies were extremely over baked! Not just 1 or 3 batches, every single cookie daily was dark brown and hard as a rock! If you’re going on a cruise not wanting to enjoy some drinks or good food, you might find the MSC Divina a good time. If you’re someone looking for quality food and drinks, and doesn’t want to shower in the dark while waiting for the awful customer service, I would strong suggest cursing with another cruise line!Embarkation
