Review summary

The billing issue and lack of customer access along with the wait for any drink at the bar any time of day means MSC just isn't ready for prime time.

Odd design almost like 2 ships combined into one. Hard to navigate, elevators take a long time and are small.

Ship tip

Get a copy of your bill, supposed to be given the last night. You have no way to log in to see it and no email address to reach customer service, feels like it's 1999. Fine until they final bill you 4 days after the cruise and the amount is way off, nice scam.

Do an excursion or stay on the boat, the harassment is obnoxious

I have experienced some minor things mostly pre-cruise but all were readily resolved. Maybe try another cruise on another ship before giving up on MSC. Overall our cruises on MSC have been enjoyable.

You easily dispute the charges with your credit card company and let them battle it out on your behalf.
