OK cruise OK ship OK islands but definitely been on better cruises

The island and sites were beautiful dining staff was super nice but there was a leak in the ceiling outside of our room door and on the island the taxi service wasn’t very clear and it cost us almost $100 to go to the beach and they took us to a paid beach when they told us there was a free one just down the road just as beautiful and did not disclose this to us before we left also very hard time to get answers out of the call centre prior to leaving to answer some of our questions

Couldn’t get into a hot tub because they were always full and people never got out on other cruise ships I’ve been on they have had time frames for how long you can be in one so that everyone can have a turn water slide was fire

We could not go to any because we had to get an 830 dinner time because something got messed up and we did not get our 6 o’clock time so most of the things were going on while we were eating dinner
Children's Programs

Kids loved them, but didn’t like that. They had to be left alone to play with things such as Lego.

Other than the servers, I found that I did not get much help from anybody including prior to on the call center. Very rude kept asking me if I wanted her to lose her job if she answered some of my questions not sure what that means and when I had problems with my bill, it took me having to sit there about an hour and a half after departure Friday, for anybody to help me but the man that finally did was absolutely amazing and super helpful but everyone I spoke to prior to that just told me nothing we can do sorry when clearly there was something that could be done because that guy did it in a matter of 15 minutes and I was off the ship and on my way home

Ship was clean for the most part sometimes up on the top deck where you can lay out with the pool. There was garbage on the ground also very hard to navigate this ship.
Not very clear about taxi service and rates. I was told that for my family afford to get to the beach and back would be 14 for our group of four it was not it was 14 per person for a group before was not specified also took us to a beach that we had to pay to get in And when we said something at the cash the lady said, I don’t know why they won’t tell people when they get in the taxi because there’s a free beach just down the road. So almost cost us $100 for one day to go to the beach for a few hours.
Island was beautiful. First day the Buffay was not open, so it was kind of hard to get drinks for the kids. Also was garbage under the lifeguard stand we were by and along the beach.
Was awful try to get help with our bill to pay. It couldn’t get anyone to help us set a room for a few hours, waiting to be off because we couldn’t find anyone to help us when we finally did. The guy was extremely helpful and like all of the other people, we had spoke to you that morning and the night prior and he had our bill figured out in about 15 minutes and you were off the boat. He was great everyone else was not.
